I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were sweltering even though it was November, but they were clean and spacious with great amenities. The service was top-notch, with helpful staff and a delicious breakfast. However, the location was a bit inconvenient for getting around, and the dining options became repetitive after a few days.
The hotel offers bright, large, and airy rooms with a tub in the bathroom, large LCD TV, and a comfy bed. The rooms are kept clean with fresh linens most days, providing a comfortable and quiet stay. However, the dining options are more 5-star than 3-star, offering everything one could possibly desire for breakfast, ensuring great value for money.
The hotel rooms were a nice size and very clean, though not ready upon arrival at 5 pm. The service was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. The location was excellent for our needs close to Exponor but slightly outside the center of Porto. The dining, while plentiful and tasty, was not the strongest point of the hotel. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable stay with great service.
